Are animals allowed in store
We only allow guide dogs here at Barkers Home.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, situated in the first floor toilets.

What if I have a complaint?
We have a dedicated customer service department for all furniture queries service@barkers.co.uk or alternatively contact reception on (01609) 776667 and we can make sure your complaint is dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Do you do events?
Check out our What's On page or alternatively sign up to our database and we can email you when we have events & special offers on in store.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, these can be purchased at any of our till points and redeemed in both stores and all off our cafes/restaurants. Check out our Gift Card page for more information.
What happens to lost property?
All property found in store is logged & then stored for 6 months, after this point we donate any items to charity.
What are the store opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday 9am - 5.30pm and Sunday 12 - 4pm.
We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Is there parking?
The store has its own free car park with a capacity of 120 spaces, is completely accessible for the disabled.
We also now have electronic car charging spaces available to use whilst you shop.
What is the stores Refund Policy?
Please contact the store for further details - this varies depending on the department.
What restaurants do you have?
Our home store has the Tree View Café, situated on the first floor. We offer a variety of beverages, hot & cold food-snacks and light bites. Find out more about Restaurants.
What is store accessibility like?
Both of the entrances are wheel chair accessible, we also have courtesy wheelchairs for customer use and a customer lift.
What is the Privilege Card?
The Privilege card allows you to get rewards as you spend. With 2 Barkers stores bursting at the seams with wonderful things to buy, you'll soon be reaping the rewards!
You will receive invitations to product launches, fashion events, money saving evenings and weekends, and be among the first to hear about new products and pre-sale savings.
